The Spa at Loretto FAQ

SCHEDULING
We require a minimum of 4 hours' notice for all appointments. To book an appointment, contact us at 505-984-7997 or Book Online.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid cancellation charges, we require 4 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made outside of our policy and "no shows" will be charged the full price of the service.

PUNCTUALITY
If you arrive late for your service, your spa treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

UPON ARRIVING
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Guests who schedule multiple treatments will be provided with a robe and slippers. If you are a hotel guest, we recommend that you use the robe provided in your guestroom and leave your personal belongings behind. Men having facials should shave no less than 2 hours prior to their service.

GRATUITIES
All treatment and package prices are posted without taxes and gratuities.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to have a private treatment. Spa services for those 17 and younger are provided at our discretion and will need to be accompanied by parent or guardian into a private treatment room. 

IF YOU ARE PREGNANT
Your medical professional's consent is requested before we begin your treatment. If this is unobtainable, we request that you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service.
