Spa Etiquette

To avoid cancellation charges, we require 4 hours' notice for hotel guests and 24 hours' notice for non-hotel guests. Cancellations or changes made outside of our policy and "no shows" will be charged the full price of the service.

If you arrive late for your service, your spa treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Guests who schedule multiple treatments will be provided with a robe and slippers. If you are a hotel guest, we recommend that you use the robe provided in your guestroom and leave your personal belongings behind. Men having facials should shave no less than 2 hours prior to their service. During treatments, you will be appropriately draped for privacy.

To get the most out of your day spa treatment, communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your spa room, music volume or other issues.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and keep conversations to a whisper.

Please allow us to add a 20% gratuity to your services. This is distributed entirely amongst your service providers. Inform us before processing payment if you would like to add an alternative amount. All treatment and package prices are posted without taxes and gratuities.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to have a private treatment. Spa services for those 17 and younger are provided at our discretion and will need to be accompanied by parent or guardian into a private treatment room. Our couples' room is ideal for children's massages.

Your medical professional's consent is requested before we begin your treatment. If this is unobtainable, we request that you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service. Let us know when you make your appointment which trimester you will be in at your appointment time.
